Responsibilities

– Lead and execute product supply day to day operations from sourcing through customer order.
– Ensure supply stability
– Conduct strategic inventory planning with Global Supply Chain
– Optimize cash and cost by fully using their best-in-class expertise on operational efficiencies.
– Perform continuous improvement methodologies in SCM with systemic processes.
– Lead new product launch projects from supply chain standpoint.
– Manage ERP workflow, and ensure proper SCM data
– Handle smooth custom clearance including in-transit damage reduction and insurance claim

Qualifications

– 5+ years of Supply Chain experience especially with planning
– Excellent analytical skill on KPI and further improvement.
– Project management skills
– Strong interpersonal skills. Effectively communicate and collaborate with local & global stakes in English and Japanese
– Intermediate skill in use of MS office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Advanced preferred.
– Advanced skills regarding ERP and WMS operations.
