Responsibilities

General responsibilities:
– Headcount and recruitment planning
– Communication with hiring managers and aligning of job descriptions
– Communication with global HR/TA team
– Holding and attending recruitment events
– Recruitment for mid career, new grads, and contingency workers

Team responsibilities:
– Team will share recruitment for mid-career, new grads, and contingency roles all together

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– Native level Japanese
– 5+ years’ experience in recruitment ideally covering various types: mid-career, new grads, etc.
– Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries a plus (not required)
– Strong communication skills
– Basic PC skills
