Responsibilities

– Act as a trusted advisor to the assigned Business Unit to shape and drive mid-term/annual plans, KGIs, and KPIs.
– Partner closely with Business Unit leadership to guide key strategic decisions and optimize P&L, working capital, and cash flow.
– Oversee routine financial analysis, performance tracking, and reporting for HQ and Regional Finance teams.
– Lead periodic financial reviews with Business Unit leadership and deliver ad-hoc insights to drive performance improvements.
– Lead annual budgeting, goal setting, and monthly financial forecasting (P&L and Working Capital).
– Identify potential risks early and determine corrective actions to ensure plan delivery.
– Streamline FP&A operations to boost team efficiency and effectiveness.
– Participate in cross-functional projects and support ad-hoc FP&A initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

– 7–10 years in FP&A or relevant finance roles (Tech/IT services background preferred).
– Solid mastery of financial fundamentals (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
– MBA preferred.
– Strong analytical, logical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
– Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
– Ownership & Resilience: Highly organized, detail-oriented multi-tasker who works independently with a strong sense of accountability.
– Collaboration & Communication: Proactive team player with sharp responsiveness, strong follow-through, and excellent interpersonal skills.
– Native Japanese and Fluent Business English (written and verbal).
