Responsibilities

– Planning and executing HR operations
– Develop management and improvement plans to ensure that overall operations are executed effectively.
– Planning/operation of human resources measures
– Support organizational management by appropriately reviewing, operating, and improving personnel systems such as compensation and evaluation, and various rules.
– HRBP function: Collaborate with other departments to support workplaces and employees
– Coordination with headquarters/Group HR
– Participate in and lead local and global projects within the headquarters and group to implement human resources measures.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– Wide experience across different HR areas (preferably 7+ years)
– Experience in manufacturing industries a plus!
– Good labor law knowledge
– Strong communication skills
