– Workforce planning & business partnering
– Recruitment & talent acquisition (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers)
– Employee relations & investigations
– Compensation & promotion recommendations
– HR compliance
– Onboarding, orientation & training
– HR advisory support to managers and business units
– HR reporting, data management & exit interviews
– HR projects & organizational effectiveness initiatives

Qualifications

– 3-5 years in an HR Generalist role experience
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to obtain, verify and evaluate general and statistical information.
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, SAP
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Strong independent initiative
– Ability to maintain confidentiality
– Native Japanese and Business English
– Bachelor`s degree or higher
