Responsibilities

Report to: Logistics Manager

– Manage entire warehouse and logistics operations
– Coordinate with internal/external CS teams, global logistics, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth operations
– Manage end-to-end flow of products (order –> final delivery to customers)
-Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) operations, including inventory receipt, storage, order processing, and outbound shipments.
– Monitor 3PL performance to ensure service quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
– Ensure warehouse operations follow agreed procedures and meet business requirements.

Qualifications

– 3+ years of warehouse management experience
– Preferably coming from the Life Science industry/Medical device
– Experience using Oracle/Other ERP or WMS systems
– Native Japanese and Strong English
– Track record of using English communication in a professional setting
– Ability to be proactive
