Responsibilities

Report to Head of SCM
Managing: 3+ staff

– Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners, including contract review and operational performance management
– Drive operational improvements and process simplification across logistics and vendor management activities
– Oversee inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate product and system alignment
– Manage end-to-end distribution and logistics operations to support efficient product flow
– Review logistics and operational cost structures to ensure alignment with business objectives and budget targets
– Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and effective communication across departments

Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience in logistics operations and/or 3PL management
– Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse management
– Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
– Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and foster team collaboration
– Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and KAIZEN activities
– Native-level Japanese and strong English communication skills
