Responsibilities

-Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and internal stakeholders to support efficient supply chain operations and business growth.
-Monitor distributor inventory levels, conduct regular inventory reviews, resolve discrepancies, and implement effective inventory control practices.
-Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to improve demand forecasting, reduce stock shortages, and optimize inventory levels.
-Develop inventory strategies for new product launches, product transitions, and end-of-life management to minimize excess and obsolete stock.
-Optimize inventory turnover through stock rotation, best-practice inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Analyze inventory and sales performance, prepare forecasts, and create dashboards and reports to support data-driven business decisions.
-Lead operational improvement and digital transformation initiatives with distribution partners to enhance visibility, efficiency, and collaboration.
-Work cross-functionally with supply chain, planning, sales, and operations teams to strengthen forecasting processes, improve supply performance, and support strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

-5+ years of experience in supply chain, sales operations, distribution, or a related business function.
-Bachelor’s Degree.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or sales operations, preferably in the technology or high-tech industry.
-Experience collaborating with global teams in a multicultural business environment.
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM, business intelligence, or analytics tools is an advantage.
-Self-motivated, customer-focused, and proactive, with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
