Responsibilities

-Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, resolving operational issues and escalations.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and delivery performance.
-Lead and support regional teams to drive operational excellence and service quality.
-Monitor order management activities, including backlog and delivery performance.
-Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational best practices.
-Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to improve process efficiency.
-Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or a similar operational role.
-Bachelor’s Degree.
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Basic knowledge of import/export, supply chain, and business operations.
-Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments is an advantage.
-Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
