Responsibilities

-Process customer orders using internal systems.
-Manage order processing from order entry through shipment, delivery, sales, and invoicing.
-Coordinate with internal teams to support timely order fulfillment.
-Arrange shipping methods and coordinate with logistics providers.
-Provide shipment instructions and requests to warehouse operations.
-Coordinate purchasing requests for outsourced or externally sourced products.
-Maintain customer, pricing, order, and billing-related information in internal systems.
-Monitor inventory allocation and track shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Qualifications

-5+ years of experience in SCM, customer service, order entry, or relevant background.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-leve English.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
-Strong communication and coordination skills with Sales and other internal teams.
-Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Knowledge and experience in order fulfillment and related administrative processes.
-Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
-Experience in process improvement, standard operating procedures, warehouse operations, and shipment coordination.
