Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:
– To work closely with MD and HR Director, inclusive of scheduling interviews, offer negotiation, onboarding preparation and welcome kit.

Compensation & Benefits:
– To join the selection and assessment of payroll vendors and other HR and Admin service vendors.

Talent Management and Development:
– To facilitate performance management process. Provide training or assist in the training to staff on the whole process when needed.
– Participate in talent review and provide input to leadership.

Relationship Building and Employee Engagement:
– Confidential guidance to junior managers on staffing, employee relations, performance management, internal transfers and employee development.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English & Native Japanese
– 5 years HR experience
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
