Responsibilities

-Collect, consolidate, and validate regional demand for audio products, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
-Analyze regional demand against historical trends to identify gaps, anomalies, and required adjustments.
-Verify supply availability against initial demand forecasts to ensure alignment and feasibility.
-Support demand aggregation processes from regional supply chain teams through structured offline coordination.
-Propose and coordinate cross-regional inventory balancing to optimize global stock utilization and availability.
-Conduct supply-demand analysis to identify issues, generate insights, and recommend continuous improvement actions.
-Support with ad-hoc tasks and support team

Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in demand planning, SCM, or relevant experience
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills to align differing priorities across stakeholders.
-Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
-Experience using a major ERP system is a plus!
-Ability to support collaborative decision-making in complex, cross-functional planning environments.
