フィールドサービスから物流、品質、調達、需給計画まで、SCM全体を統括するポジションです。グローバルチームと連携しながら、日本の業務改善や中長期計画の策定を推進します。国内の事業運営を幅広く担い、APAC全体にも影響を与えられる、裁量の大きな役割です！

■経営層に近い立場で大きなチームを統括
日本法人代表へのレポートラインに加えて、APACのオペレーション部門にもドットラインでレポートいただきます。エンジニアやフィールドサービス担当者を含む約20名以上のチームをマネジメント。経営層に近い立場で、技術系メンバーを含む組織の運営に携われます。

■現場でハンズオンに活躍
現場との連携を重視しており、拠点を積極的に訪問しながら業務を進める勤務スタイルです。一方で、週1回の在宅勤務やフレックスタイム制度も利用可能。現場への理解を深めながら、SCM全体の改善や戦略立案にも取り組める環境です。

Responsibilities

-Achieve operational KPIs, including delivery performance, quality, customer complaints, and utilization.
-Ensure workplace safety and prevent accidents and injuries.
-Establish sustainable operational systems aligned with business strategy.
-Develop team capabilities, succession plans, and clear role responsibilities.
-Lead mid- to long-term operational improvement and transformation initiatives.
-Collaborate with global and regional teams to improve operational performance.
-Lead and manage a 20+ member operations team across multiple functions.
-Oversee QCSHE, Supply Chain, Workshop Repair, and Field Service operations.

Qualifications

-10+ years of experience in industrial operations, including team management and productivity improvement.
-Business-level English.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Proven experience in operational transformation, change management, and international collaboration.
-Knowledge of ISO 9001, quality control, LEAN, Kaizen, 5S, and health, safety, and environmental standards.
-Ability to manage teams, define organizational structures, and establish roles and decision-making processes.
-Strong understanding of operational KPIs, business strategy, and technical products, with the ability to propose practical solutions.
-Knowledge of reciprocating compressor components and overhaul services; familiarity with mechanical and electrical products.
