Responsibilities

This position will work as a strategic partner to department heads and managers, in order to support them with achieving their mission through HR related strategies and activities.

– Analyze and determine the HR requirements needed for the business to achieve their goals
– Implement and plan strategic HR initiatives such as: talent management, organizational development, talent development, and performance management
– Plan and execute the recruitment and development strategies necessary for the departments
– Understand and be able to utilize HR data when consulting and planning HR solutions or activities
– Consulting with business leaders as the HR expert

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 5+ years related HR experience, ideally including HR BP experience
– Strong logical thinking and communication skills
– Stakeholder management skills
– Deep labor law knowledge
