Responsibilities

– Handle a broad spectrum of HR, general affairs, and accounting duties.
– Manage administrative processes for payroll, social insurance, transfers, and more.
– Create and oversee budgets, reports, and settlement processing.
– Administer landline and mobile phone management.
– Facilitate issuance and processing of various certificates.
– Maintain attendance and personnel management systems.
– Enter data for expenses and labor costs.
– Stay updated on regulations, compile opinions, and manage submissions

Qualifications

– Bachelor degree or higher
– 3+ years of relevant HR experience as a Generalist
– Excellent communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Payroll and C&B experience
– Conversational level of English
