Responsibilities

This position will lead the entire recruitment strategy and operations for the company.

– Recruitment planning and budget management
– Develop talent pipelines
– Develop operations and policies for effective recruitment strategies
– Work closely with line managers to develop job descriptions
– Conduct interviews and organize interviews
– Lead employer branding initiatives
– Build a talent pipeline
– Manage approval processes for offers
– Conduct screening
– Coach managers on candidate attraction and interview strategies
– Onboarding support
– Other duties as required

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– 5+ years relevant recruitment experience
– Business level English
– Strong Communication skills
– Good problem solving skills
– Dynamic and outgoing, able to market the company
– Good PC skills
