Responsibilities

– Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring logistics and availability align for seamless meetings.
– Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, offering timely updates on interview progress.
– Manage pre-employment tasks like reference checks and screenings, ensuring timely completion.
– Administer total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits initiatives.
– Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate benefit processing.
– Resolve data errors efficiently, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
– Oversee employee separation activities with empathy and professionalism, including documentation and inquiries.
– Ensure accurate HR data administration, identify process optimization opportunities, and stay compliant with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

– Bachelor degree or higher
– Business level of English
– 5+ years of relevant HR experience as a Generalist
– Excellent communication skills
– Knowledge of Japan labor law
