Responsibilities

– Implement talent management strategies and policies
– Lead initiatives for: performance management, engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and D&I
– Work closely with TA team and other HR functions to drive talent management and development strategy
– Manage employee performance
– Support talent development workshops/trainings
– Succession Planning process operations
– Analyze data of engagement and other employee surveys
– Maintain positive candidate experiences
– Support TA team for certain initiatives related to hiring
– Other tasks as required

Qualifications

– Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication skills
– Aptitude in problem-solving
– Strategic thinking ability
– Good PC skills, particularly Excel skills for data analysis and validation
– Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
– Highly motivated to learn and good footwork with flexibility
– High awareness of personal and confidential information
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Native/fluent Japanese language and business level English language skills
