Responsibilities

This position will cover wide duties as a Generalist with responsibilities such as:

– Recruitment for all positions across the company: end-to-end process management
– Training and development
– Compliance management
– Employee relations: Supporting employee inquiries
– HR Operations: management of employee data, HR policy building, revision, and implementation
– HRIS management
– Organizational development and succession planning
– Talent management / performance management

 

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 2+ years relevant HR experience
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to work independently
– High accountability
– Proactive personality
