Responsibilities

This position will cover wide duties as a C&B Manager with responsibilities such as:

-Strategic implementation of policies, guidelines and C&B plans
-Review and execute the annual bonus payment process and salary review
-Execute analysis and strategies for payment range adjustments
-Participate and lead many projects within the HR function, not limited to C&B but on wither areas as well
-HR policy building, revision, and implementation

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 5+ years of relevant HR experience focused on C&B
– Strong communication skills
– Understanding of Japan labor law and regulations
