Responsibilities

– Lead talent acquisition end-to-end process, along with Head of HR for all positions
– Employer branding
– Candidate sourcing, headcount planning, interviews, and onboarding support
– Work with line managers to establish and update job descriptions, coordinate on hiring needs, and fill positions
– Communicate with agencies and external vendors as well as drive direct sourcing recruitment
– Provide HR operations support to employees
– Lead communication both internally and externally
– Support talent management and development activities
– Other HR duties as required may be assigned

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– 3-5 years’ experience in human resources
– TA experience required
– Understanding of Japan labor law, and Japan human resources practice as a plus.
– Business level English (ideal)
– Strong communication skills
– Basic computer skills
